Necessity is the mother of all invention. So when I got sick and began my deep dive into healing, I knew that I needed to find a way to maximize the creation of nourishing and tasty foods on a shoestring of energy. I needed to get in and get out of my kitchen, but along the way generate nutrient dense meals and snacks.
That is what “alchemy in the kitchen” means to me. Making magic happen. Transforming my body into a self healing and self repair system of vitality and goodness.
This is what I passionately share with others. You don’t need to be struggling with illness to benefit from tips and tricks for time efficiency, flavor expansion, and enjoyment of the process of being in the kitchen. Many of us yearn for cooking that is gratifying, satisfying, pleasurable, fun, and fully nourishing.
Come into my kitchen and let’s get our hands in the process. I enjoy working with children, too! After all, my two now grown children were my very first students. Whether you are a meat eater or a vegan, I will help you listen to your unique body’s needs, so you can give it what it truly craves.
The kitchen is said to be the heart of the home. Mine sure is, and it would be my pleasure to share it with you.
